Dolly Parton’s sister Freida has addressed a rumored rift among the family after the late country singer’s estate was granted a temporary restraining order against her nephew Bryan Seaver.

“I’ll say this once and only once: There is no feud among our family. No one among the Parton/Owens family is fighting over Dolly’s estate,” Freida wrote in Instagram post on Wednesday.

“We all love Bryan, just as we all love each other,” she concluded. “I love you all!!”

Seaver announced Parton’s death in a video shared on Instagram on Aug. 25. She died at the the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center “surrounded by loved ones” at the age of 81 following a brief battle with cancer.

Then, earlier this week, She’s Alive — the company overseeing Parton’s businesses — acquired a protective order against Seaver after accusing him of orchestrating “an obscene, deliberate and escalating campaign of threats” against his aunt’s estate that allegedly began in the lead-up to her death.

Parton’s estate also filed suit against Seaver, claiming that he threatened to smear Parton’s legacy and made violent threats against employees, at times going as far as referencing his background as a military contractor during the Iraq War.

“As the entity entrusted by Ms. Parton to protect and promote her life’s work for future generations, SAL must cultivate a safe work environment for employees, advisors, and partners, free from intimidation or hostility — particularly intimidation by an armed former security contractor,” the lawsuit reads, per USA Today. “Without relief, Defendants’ calculated campaign will continue to inflict fear, to destabilize SAL’s operations, and to cause further irreparable harm.”

The reported lawsuit and temporary restraining order came a day after Seaver’s longtime position running security for his aunt’s properties was unexpectedly eliminated.

“I was fired,” Seaver said in a statement to ABC News. “After the estate negotiated with me and my company for services in perpetuity and agreed to that service provision from my company.”
